Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Engineer Leader to join our team at ManTech. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, cloud computing, and system integration, and will be responsible for managing our TDL efforts in providing design, integration, and analysis of military intelligence systems.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing TDL efforts to provide design, integration, and analysis of military intelligence systems.
  • Leading complex projects and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic and tactical direction.
  • Providing leadership for military intelligence efforts at the strategic and tactical levels as it relates to enabling technology for intelligence operations, planning, and mission management.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance and meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and 7 years of position-relevant experience.
  • High School diploma and 4 years of additional experience, or Associate's degree and 2 years of additional experience, may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Mastery of technical best practices, including Agile methodologies and cloud computing.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and execute complex projects.
Clearance Requirements

A current/active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this role.
