Job OverviewThis position involves providing high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical nursing and be prepared to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care in the Operating Room.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and teamwork.
- Specialty: Operating Room Nursing
- Discipline: Registered Nurse
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in OR Circulator role, including Pre/Post Op experience.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be from recognized organizations).
- EMR Experience: Familiarity with EPIC preferred.
The position requires flexibility with shifts, including on-call duties, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should be prepared for a demanding schedule with a commitment to patient care.
Orientation and TrainingNew hires will undergo an orientation process that includes essential training and familiarization with facility protocols.
