**Job Summary**

At Big Y, we're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Encargado del Servicio de Comidas. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals by promoting products, suggesting sales, and providing excellent customer service.
• Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the success of our store.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
