Job Description

The Weekend Nursing Supervisor will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, adhering to Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  2. Administer prescribed medications, report adverse reactions, and maintain accurate medical records
  3. Educate patients on surgical procedures, record medical information, and vital signs
  4. Monitor specialized equipment, initiate corrective action when necessary, and participate in discharge planning
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • First aid and CPR certification
  • A current RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in the state
  • Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
  • A compassionate and friendly demeanor
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
