Senior Trademark Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trademark Attorney to join our team at IP Works, PLLC. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing trademark strategies, drafting and negotiating contracts, and counseling clients on intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement trademark strategies to protect and enforce client intellectual property rights
• Draft and negotiate contracts, including license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and employment contracts
• Counsel clients on intellectual property matters, including trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement
• Represent clients in federal litigation, including trademark, copyright, and patent cases
• Work with local counsel across the country to ensure seamless representation of clients

Requirements:

• Significant experience in trademark law, including clearance, registration, and enforcement
• Experience in federal litigation, including trademark, copyright, and patent cases
• Strong legal writing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
