Material Handler

We're a fast-growing company with over 1700 employees across Canada and the US, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team. As a Material Handler, you'll play a crucial role in transporting materials and finished products between departments and work cells.

• Identify, pick, label, and stock various products throughout the warehouse and manufacturing facility
• Organize, wrap, and stage finished orders for shipping
• Load and offload trucks with product and/or raw materials
• Verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments by examining documents
• Proactively notify supervisors of material shortages
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Obtain forklift certification and cross-train in other departments as needed

• Safety-first attitude
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months of hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility
• 6 months of powered industrial truck (P.I.T.)/forklift experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form with supervisors and coworkers
• Mechanical aptitude preferred

Work Schedule: Second Shift - Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
