  • Problem-Solving: Remains calm when challenged or placed under pressure, calms others who are confronted with a difficult situation or task, and effectively manages conflict.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs., ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift, ability to move freely throughout the restaurant, and ability to operate restaurant equipment.
  • Transportation: Ability to drive a motor vehicle and provide valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
