About the Role:

Gadsden County Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team. As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and mental health needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations of students to identify strengths and areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support student learning and mental health.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to provide support and resources for students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, school personnel, and administrators to ensure seamless support for students.
  • Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local laws and policies governing the provision of educational services to students with disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Certification in School Psychology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students with diverse needs and backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
