Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

• Provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team.
• Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed.
• Monitor patient progress, report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition of care and provide education on patient care and management.

• Current valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including day and night shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Competitive hourly pay rates, ranging from $21-$30/hour for LVNs and $38-$35/hour for RNs.
