Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Truist Inc. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Adobe Experience Platform roadmap, including the Real Time Client Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Client Journey Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Adobe Experience Platform roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver key features and capabilities.
  • Create and manage product requirements, working with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Lead the development of business cases and ROI analyses to support product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of product features and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform product strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, data, engineering, design, or technology field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 10+ years of banking, financial services, or other relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
  • 5+ years of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience working as a Product Manager or developing analytics-based solutions, working in Agile tools for feature/user story documentation and tracking.
  • Equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic planning and tactical daily execution.
  • Experience defining/driving vision of experience programs and/or partnership-based programs.
  • Experience defining and delivering large-scale initiatives.
  • Proven ability to use data analytics, research, and testing methodologies to drive business decisions, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, and making independent decisions.
  • Excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field, or banking or financial management education.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience platform or services, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, Target, Client Data Platforms.
  • Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (or equivalent).

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. The role also requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
