Key Responsibilities- Shop Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, including managing workflow, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the technical competence of our work.
- Customer Service: Provide superior technical support to our customers, maintain existing relationships, and build new ones.
- Team Leadership: Direct shop personnel to ensure the technical competence of work being completed, maintain schedules and deliveries, and distribute workload effectively.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all company policies, observe safety procedures and policies, and use proper protective equipment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Experience: Previous supervisory/management experience in the electric motor/rotating apparatus repair industry, with knowledge of AC/DC motor repair.
- Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, strong personnel and account management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Education: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree desired, but experience and skills will be considered.
