Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and manage a diverse caseload of patients with various types of cancer and blood disorders
- Supervise and mentor junior physicians and staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination

Requirements
- Board certification in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- 5+ years of experience in medical oncology or a related field
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
