Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Crescent City Recruitment Group. As a Field Service Engineer for Semiconductor, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining semiconductor process equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and calibrate semiconductor process equipment to minimize downtime
  • Escalate advanced repairs to senior technicians as needed
  • Monitor and inspect equipment to prevent malfunctions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and provide periodic reports
  • Monitor stock levels of service parts and equipment to ensure adequate inventory
  • Provide training and assistance to technicians and customers
  • Participate in ongoing technical training to expand expertise
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 0-2 years of related work experience in a semiconductor equipment company or technical position in the engineering field
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, compressed workweeks
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive for company business
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds individually and for lifting over 30 pounds assistance may be available
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive situation with quick resolution
