Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host to join our team at Via 313 Pizza. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and positive experience from the moment they walk in the door.

Responsibilities

As a Host, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting guests and seating them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing menus and answering questions about our menu and restaurant.
  • Managing reservations and waitlists, ensuring that guests are seated promptly.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure they have a positive experience and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Working closely with the server team to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
