This full-time position involves working closely with nurses to provide top-notch care to patients in their homes. As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and reporting any changes to the nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with meals, personal hygiene, and incontinent care.
  • Take patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse.
  • Support patients with ambulation, crutch walking, and transferring them to and from wheelchairs and gurneys.
  • Perform simple range of motion exercises and position patients for examination or treatment.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of six months experience in a Long Term Care Skilled Nursing setting.
  • A current Nursing Assistant Certification.
  • BLS - Basic Life Support Certification issued by the American Heart Association within six months of hire date.
