Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality x-ray images of patients using our state-of-the-art equipment
Position and instruct patients regarding x-ray procedures to ensure their comfort and safety
Perform x-ray procedures using portable machines as requested by our emergency department and nursing units
Process films for radiologists to review and interpret
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Successful completion of an approved radiological training program and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
Current license/certification in the state of practice required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association required
At least one year of diagnostic radiology experience preferred
