We are in search of a Registered Nurse for our Long Term Acute Care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient patient care. Our team is dedicated to supporting one another, and we seek a passionate individual who shares our commitment to meaningful patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within five years of hire.
  • Grandfathering accepted between departments and Mission Health entities.
  • Exemptions may be granted by the facility CNO.
  • Facilities will track exemptions as necessary. RNs with over ten years of experience are exempt.

Preferred Education: Master’s in Nursing.

Required Licenses/Certifications:

  • Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply.
  • Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
  • Preferred: National Certification in specialty area.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of hospital nursing experience.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within seven days of employment.
