About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts. As a Mental Health Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychiatric care to adult, adolescent, and child patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and provide psychiatric care through planning and implementing milieu treatment, considering patient needs and therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with other unit staff to assess and evaluate patient mental status, initiate and maintain a therapeutic relationship, and share information to formulate treatment plans.
  • Provide supportive care, including participating in conversation, recreational activities, and basic living activities.
  • Record all necessary information on patient charts and prepare regular reports describing each patient's mental status and functioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field (preferred).
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
