Key Responsibilities
  • Operate company aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to established company policies and procedures.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations on each flight, providing options and solutions as flight times and business needs change.

  • Ensure the aircraft is clean and prepared for passengers, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively participate in our Safety Management System (SMS), identifying and reporting safety-related issues and providing timely input on safety-related topics.
  • Build strong relationships with passengers and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless flight operations.
  • Act with honesty and integrity, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Maintain pilot proficiency and stay current within the industry, completing regular simulator training and ground training programs.
  • Write routine reports, correspondence, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Airline Transport Pilot certificate – Multi Engine
  • 4500 hours Total Time
  • 1500 hours Pilot-In-Command
  • 1500 hours Multi Engine Time
  • Turbine experience
  • International experience
  • Must have and be able to retain a first-class medical certificate
  • Excellent safety record, No FAA violations, accidents, or incidents
  • Pass background checks, including those in accordance with TSA/HS regulations, and provide a copy of FAA Airman Certification Record
  • Ability to travel 60-80% of the time
  • Must have a professional appearance and behavior
  • Must be exceptionally reliable and very timely
  • Open to home basing in Minneapolis or surrounding areas or willing to relocate and live within 1.5 hours from Hayward, Wisconsin or Fort Lauderdale, Florida
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Must have a valid state driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent Worldwide international experience (Europe, S. America, Asia)
  • Challenger 350 Type Rating with 3500 differences
