District Consumer Banker II

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Consumer Banker II to join our team at First Financial Bancorp. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' financial situations and goals.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase sales.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Ensure timely and effective follow-up with clients to meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date on bank products and services to provide expert advice to clients.
• Travel to banking centers as needed to support sales and service activities.

• 3-4 years of client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years of sales and service experience with a proven track record of achieving sales and service goals.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• May obtain notary authorization.
• Strong knowledge of bank products and services, as well as excellent sales and communication skills.
