Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional dining service to our residents and guests at Countryside Manor in Sheboygan, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet residents and guests with a warm welcome and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Respond to alternative orders and answer questions about the menu in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring residents and guests feel valued and respected.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
