We're looking for a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team As a Bakery Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional member experiences in our bakery department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing bakery productions to meet member demand
• Creating decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items using a variety of products
• Ensuring adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
• Operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving member issues and concerns

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 6 months of experience in fresh production areas
• A strong passion for baking and customer service
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
