Immediate Openings - Flatbed Truck Operators in the Southern Region

Compensation & Incentives
  • Base CPM determined by your overall driving experience
  • Competitive Mileage Pay Range of $1,100 to $1,800 weekly
  • Sign-On Incentive - $5,000
  • Performance Incentives - based on mileage, idle time, fuel efficiency, additional stops, etc.
  • Experience Incentives - for longevity, Hazmat endorsement, veterans, and more
  • New Seasonal Tarp Pay Policy
    • Effective immediately, all tarped loads delivered during specified seasonal periods will be compensated at $100.
    • All other tarped loads will be compensated at the standard rate of $80
Travel & Home Time
  • Regional Southern Routes - deliveries extending to various locations within the Southern US.
  • Expanded OTR Routes - a wide array of runs available throughout the lower 48 states.
  • Reliable Home Time - two full days every 7-10 days
  • Rider Policy - available after 3 months with company approval
  • Pet Policy - pets are welcome from your first load
Equipment & Support
  • Modern Automatic Trucks - Freightliners and Volvos, no older than 3 years
  • Fully Equipped with premium interiors, ELSs, Prepass, Qualcomm, and Transflow
  • Personal Fleet Manager - you will be recognized by name at Andrus and receive support whenever needed

Qualifications:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum age of 23 years
  • At least 12 months of OTR Experience
  • 6+ months of Flatbed Experience
