**Responsibilities and Expectations:** As a Sous Chef, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage inventory, and lead a team of cooks. You will also develop and implement menus, work closely with the executive chef, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. If you have experience in a country club or fine dining setting, we want to hear from you

**What We Look For:** To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, a proven track record of success, and a strong understanding of culinary management principles. You should also possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred but not required.
