• Monitor food service operations to ensure high-quality products and services.
• Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensure staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Uphold policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
