Premier Health is a leading healthcare provider in Middletown seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive audiology services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with hearing and balance disorders. You will also educate patients and their families on various topics related to hearing loss and balance disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' hearing and balance abilities.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Fit and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train patients on the use and maintenance of hearing aids and other assistive devices.
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Counsel patients and their families on coping strategies and resources available to them.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Audiology or related field.
  • Licensure/certification in audiology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
