Job Responsibilities/Preferred Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
Develop and establish test specifications, methods, and procedures based on blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems, and perform rework on assemblies and/or systems as necessary.
Prepare technical documentation summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical challenges. May assist in the selection and setup of specialized testing equipment.
Engage in assignments that are moderately complex, requiring judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations.
Execute ongoing daily tasks with minimal guidance, and receive general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
May provide direction and technical training to peers.

Qualifications (What We Seek):
Ability to operate in a clean room environment is essential.
Hands-on experience with mechanical system adjustments.
Experience in systems development and testing, including formulating system-level requirements, test specifications, and analyzing test results.
Proficiency in using oscilloscopes and digital voltmeter analysis tools is preferred.
Experience with a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches, and calipers.
Mechanical and systems aptitude is required.
Ability to work effectively across various functional teams in different locations.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with a logical approach to problem-solving, effective time management, and task prioritization.
Be dedicated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Show the ability to work independently on routine tasks and follow general instructions on new assignments.
Prior hands-on experience testing digital and/or analog components and systems is essential.

Demonstrate the capability to read and comprehend complex drawings, mathematics, and handbook formulas, and utilize various testing and measuring instruments.

Willingness to learn, collaborate effectively within and across teams, and pursue continuous improvement.
Familiarity with LabView, Linux, and MS Office suite software is a plus.
Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand, sit, bend, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
