The Community Support Specialist will assist in the following areas of personal care and development:

Safety
  • Ensure continuous safety monitoring; this may involve direct supervision, one-on-one support, or regular check-ins.
  • Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution strategies.
Relationships
  • Build collaborative relationships founded on trust and empathy through consistent and meaningful communication.

Activities and Daily Living Skills
