The Community Support Specialist will assist in the following areas of personal care and development:
Safety- Ensure continuous safety monitoring; this may involve direct supervision, one-on-one support, or regular check-ins.
- Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution strategies.
- Build collaborative relationships founded on trust and empathy through consistent and meaningful communication.
- Encourage a spirit of partnership with individuals served, the community, and other professionals.
