SusieCakes is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team in downtown San Francisco. This role offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, excellent driving record, and knowledge of GPS navigation systems. They will be responsible for transporting baked goods and other food/supply items between SusieCakes bakeries, our commissary kitchen, and guest locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely transportation of goods
  • Handle and store food according to food safety code standards
  • Assist with kitchen food prep and production of baked goods as needed
  • Maintain delivery cruiser and manage expenses
  • Drive professionally and safely

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent driving record
  • Knowledge of GPS navigation systems
  • Outstanding customer service focus and skills
  • High degree of professionalism

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED

Language Skills:

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English

Other:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
