We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sausalito Ferry Landing Ticket Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Sell admission tickets to Sausalito Ferry Landing and Muir Woods shuttles, assist guests with purchasing ferry tickets or locating prepaid tickets, and provide information on ferry fares, routes, and schedules.
- Concierge Services: Act as a representative of Sausalito, inform guests of restaurants, shopping, and things to do, and promote the spirit of tourism.
- Operations and Logistics: Assist with loading and off-loading of van guests, organize Muir Woods vans queue and grouping of guests, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
- Availability: Part-time availability with shifts of less than 30 hours, including Monday to Friday 10:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday 1pm-9pm (summer), and weekends 10am-6:30pm.
- Pay and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 and opportunities for flexible shifts and career growth.
