Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at H2 Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a range of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with pediatric and adult populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
