Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to our company's mission of providing exceptional healthcare services in rural communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate clinic staff to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols in accordance with CMO and Supervising Physicians guidelines.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Two years of independent practice and 4,000 independent clinical hours as a NP are required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
