Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in the Orthopedic Specialty Care Unit (OSCU) at Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in total joints and spine surgeries.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
  • One year of relevant experience in a hospital setting.
