Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix Expert to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Citrix NetScaler, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and configuration of NetScaler SDX, MPX, VPX, and ADM
  • Resolving escalated issues related to NetScaler and ADM
  • Application onboarding and configuration synchronization between DC and DR
  • Troubleshooting issues related to application accessibility
  • Resource management and reports generation
  • Handling incident cases based on ITIL process
  • Coordinating with OEM and vendor for issue resolution
  • Root cause analysis of major issues
  • Expert-level knowledge of NetScaler load balancing, access gateway, SSL certificate, VPN, content switching, and GSLB
  • Experience with multi-factor authentication solutions and cloud load balancers (ARO/AZURE/AVS environment)
  • Collaboration with application teams to troubleshoot load balancing issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Citrix NetScaler
  • Expert-level knowledge of NetScaler load balancing, access gateway, SSL certificate, VPN, content switching, and GSLB
  • Experience with multi-factor authentication solutions and cloud load balancers (ARO/AZURE/AVS environment)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in developing technical relationships with end-users, OEMs, and other teams
