About the Role

C4 Technical Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sterling OMS Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Sterling Order Management System (OMS) while leveraging Azure cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document applications, preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
  • Perform analysis, research, and resolution of production program problems, maintaining, debugging, and modifying programs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data used in program development to meet defined user requirements, preparing detailed specifications for programs of difficult complexity.
  • Update and create technical and user documentation.
  • Code programs of difficult complexity, using recommended technologies, following established methodologies and standards.
  • Create test data to execute all functions of coded programs and perform integrated testing of all components.
  • Coordinate between IT areas to maintain maximum efficiency of application systems and collaborate with users to obtain feedback on effectiveness of system.
  • Work with users to improve their understanding, operating, or interdependencies/interrelationships for systems.
  • Organize, direct, and assist programming efforts of others as needed.
  • Ensure standards and methodologies are followed and quality assurance review is met.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years programming/analysis experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Sterling Order Management System (OMS).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Sterling Call Center and its customization is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Azure, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure SQL Database.
  • Understanding of e-commerce concepts, supply chain management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies, including Spring Framework, Servlets, JSP, and RESTful services.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) for data manipulation and integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Bamboo for continuous integration and deployment is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure Fabric.
  • Experience with SOAP.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Relevant certifications in Sterling OMS, Azure, Java, or related technologies are a plus.
