Job Summary
You will play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, improvement efforts, and educational program design as a Registered Nurse 1 Manager. Providing nursing care is essential to create a supportive, healthy space for staff and promote top-tier nursing practices.

Responsibilities
* Shape the future of nursing practice in your specific area and ensure your team stays updated with practice standards.
* Advocate for the use of evidence-based practices and research.
* Cultivate a compassionate space for both patients and staff.
* Uphold the highest standards of service and execute the succession plan in your department.
* Create strategies for staff and patients in line with the organization's priorities.
* Promote ethical practice and effective patient care through open communication and coordination.

Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is needed for this role.
* A minimum of three years' relevant experience is desired.
* Registered Nurse certification is required, along with Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of starting the job.

To be successful in this role, you need good communication skills and the ability to make operational actions. You should be professional, committed to learning, and adaptable to changing needs.

Estimated Salary:$93,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience and location.
