Position Overview:
Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington is on the lookout for a committed and proficient Registered Nurse to fill a full-time position. The RN will play a crucial role in providing services to clients through various initiatives under the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration, Developmental Disabilities Administration, and Home and Community Services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough nursing evaluations and periodic reassessments.
  • Offer support and education to clients and their caregivers.
  • Facilitate care coordination and health resources in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Assess health-related requirements to guide service planning and implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
  • At least one year of experience in community-focused nursing is necessary.
  • A valid Washington State Driver's License and auto liability insurance are mandatory.
  • Access to a dependable vehicle is essential.
  • Ability to successfully clear a criminal background check is required.
