Nurse Specialist

As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes. This includes administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as outlined in the client's care plan. You will also be responsible for monitoring client conditions, reporting changes to the clinical team, and following up with doctors' orders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and manage your time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients and their families on a regular basis. Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are also preferred.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN)

A current license as a Registered Nurse in PA A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong interpersonal skills Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Ability to travel to cases as assigned
