This PRN position offers a competitive hourly rate of $52-$62, plus mileage reimbursement, ensuring our team members receive fair compensation for their expertise.

Responsibilities

As a Hospice Care Specialist, you will provide PRN coverage for hospice patients in the Indianapolis area. Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering exceptional patient care
  2. Evaluating patients' needs and developing personalized care plans
  3. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing
  • One year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred

Required Certifications and Licensure

Please note that you must possess the following certifications and licensure:

  • Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of agency operation
  • Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided
  • Possess and maintain valid CPR certification
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
