About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling wireless, TV, and internet products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, including wireless sales
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a great customer experience by providing exceptional service and product knowledge
  • Product Knowledge: Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations and maintain strong knowledge of all TV, internet, and wireless products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features for Spectrum, as well as our competitors
Requirements
  • Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced team environment with the ability to work under pressure
  • Effective Communication: Read, write, and speak the English language to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers in person, on the phone, and by written communications
  • Physical Demands: Lift up to 35 lbs, stand for prolonged periods of time, and wear a required uniform
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
