About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Management Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating program planning and collaborating with project staff, including principal investigators, co-investigators, and graduate students.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, including coordination of research grant programs
  • Analyze and interpret research findings, enter data into databases, and conduct regular data quality checks
  • Prepare IRB applications and modifications, edit and modify research reports, manuscripts, and presentations for conferences and publications
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $ $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
