Twin City Dealerships in Alcoa, Tennessee is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable and Title Clerk to join our team. As an integral part of our administrative department, you will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, including issuing payments to vendors, preparing deposits, and reconciling statements.

The ideal candidate will possess prior knowledge in DMV and titling procedures for Tennessee, as well as experience with accounting software and other account functions. DealerTrack DMS experience is a plus. Additionally, excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities, and phone skills are required. A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines are also essential.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities
  • Issue payments to vendors and prepare deposits
  • Reconcile statements and post open items in accounts payable
  • Issue purchase orders and customer refunds
  • Finalize daily deposit and compile weekly commission report

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also assist with accounts receivable, communicating with customers for payment and performing other duties as requested to assure optimum service levels.

As a Title Clerk, you will prepare title and registration documents accurately and in a timely manner, as well as prepare out-of-state title work and submit it to a third-party agency as necessary.

Requirements
  • Prior knowledge in DMV and titling procedures for Tennessee
  • Titling and/or automotive billing/accounts payable experience at a car dealership preferred
  • DealerTrack DMS experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with accounting software and other account functions
  • Organizational and phone skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
