Overview

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in mentoring and training of clinical staff to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to departmental performance improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or licensure eligibility in Occupational Therapy in the State of Kansas.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or one year of experience in a related environment.
