We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Esthetics Instructor to join our team at Aveda Institutes, & Nurtur Salon & Spas.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to share your expertise and passion for esthetics with our students and help them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs and training sessions to students
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them achieve their goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our programs are relevant and effective
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
Requirements
  • Esthetics license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence
