Job Title: Early Childhood Development Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Development Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of young children with autism.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting, utilizing evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
