POSITION SUMMARY
The role of a Banquet Server transcends mere service; it is about crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a vital part of our event team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the event runs smoothly from inception to conclusion. This includes tasks such as setting up and dismantling event materials, managing the transportation of supplies, taking guest orders, and engaging with attendees to enhance their experience.
Success in this position requires adherence to several key principles: maintaining a safe working environment, following company protocols, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance at all times. Banquet Servers will be active throughout their shifts, which may involve standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds independently. Executing these responsibilities effectively is essential for ensuring satisfaction for both our guests and the organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification: None necessary.
