Job Description

At Technomics, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to support the development and integration of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the areas of system development, integration, test, and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain technical baselines, including production and engineering change proposals.
  • Provide technical input to risk management, cost analysis, installation planning, and program protection efforts.
  • Develop and review technical and programmatic systems engineering and test and evaluation plans and documentation.
  • Facilitate and participate in systems engineering and test and evaluation meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • At least 8 years of experience in defense, intelligence, and/or civil agency program systems engineering.
  • Experience leading systems engineering teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience leading cross-functional and/or cross-organizational systems engineering teams.
  • Understanding of weapons and/or automated information systems design, production, operations, and support processes.
  • Strong understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts and familiarity with associated tools and modeling languages.
  • Ability to think analytically, creatively, and critically.
  • Ability to precisely and concisely communicate and defend complex analytical results.
