About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Usher to join our team at CFG Bank Arena. As a Usher, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at our venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide directions to their seats
  • Perform thorough ticket checks and scans to ensure valid access to the arena
  • Provide assistance to guests with reasonable requests, including wheelchair escort services
  • Maintain clear portals, aisles, and access paths for guests, staff, and emergency services
  • Effectively communicate safety and security measures
  • Report any suspicious activity to supervisors and/or management
Requirements
  • 70% event availability commitment
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Extensive time spent with moderate to loud noises
  • Fluctuating temperatures to include hot and cold conditions
  • Frequent bending, standing for long periods of time, and walking of the building, including climbing stairs
