Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Sanitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices daily
  • Maintain proper cleaning and sanitation procedures following established guidelines
  • Record cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
  • FOLLOW infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment
  • Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
  • Able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year
