Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (with shift premium)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (with shift premium)
- Double time pay on Sundays
You will be required to work 3 out of 4 Saturdays per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and manufacture small components with precision and accuracy
- Operate machinery and equipment with efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Perform quality control checks to ensure high-quality products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive mechanics or similar field
- Experience with assembly work, especially with small components
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Efficient working both independently and in a team
- Basic math skills for counting small parts
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift objects
- Effective communication skills and a positive demeanor
